Q: How many locations does AASS have to serve its customers? (Top)

A: AASS has seven offices located around the world to serve our customers. Three full service Sales and Distribution Centers are located in Los Angeles California (corporate headquarters), London England and Melbourne Australia. Please refer to our Contact Us page for details.

Q: I have an AOG, how can I get help? (Top)

A: AASS offers 24 hour AOG service accessible by calling one convenient number at (818) 362-1100. For more contact information please visit our Contact Us page.

Q: How long of wait can I expect to get a call back for an after-hours AOG service? (Top)

A: If a customer leaves a message at our centralized AOG voice mailbox, an AOG trained specialist will return a call within 10 minutes. Often times, the AOG specialist will obtain the necessary information a customer needs before calling back. Please specify a part number when leaving a message so that we can service your request in a most timely manner.

Q: What primary aircraft types does AASS support? (Top)

A: AASS stocks a vast inventory of spares to fully support most civil aircraft including B737, A320, B767, BAe146, CRJ and F27/F28 . This inventory includes rotables, expendables and new OEM products.

Q: Is AASS Recognized & Accredited? (Top)

A: Yes. AASS is accredited by the Airline Suppliers Association under FAA Advisory Circular 00-56 and is ISO 9001:2000 certified by QMI. The company’s modern, purpose-built facilities ensure spares are stored to specifications exceeding industry requirements while providing for the most efficient handling possible. We are a fully approved and widely recognized supplier for airlines and MROs operating in every region of the world.

Q: Does AASS provide traceability for products they sell? (Top)

A: AASS is an authorized distributor of leading OEMs and carries a wide range of factory new inventory. In addition, we hold a vast quantity of fully traceable expendables and new, overhauled and serviceable rotables, fully certified to FAA/JAA standards. Our inventory conforms to the most discerning traceability and quality assurance requirements of airlines and supports all major commercial aircraft manufacturers, in particular, Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, British Aerospace and Fokker.
